# Funding Fees

When opening a trade funding fees are shown in the pairs info bar above the chart.

Every block, the trades with more open interest pay the trades on the opposite side proportionally to their size. \
If there is no one on the other side of your trade the funding fees will be detracted from your PnL and sent to the trading vault.&#x20;

Funding fees are calculated as:

If negative: XSideOiFunding% = XSideOiFunding%*(100%-VaultFunding%)

By clicking the Edit button in My Open Position tab you can check how much you have paid or received.
